My Story

I am an electrical engineer by training, completed my MBA at IESE in Barcelona, and then dedicated my career to customer-facing jobs such as business development, sales, marketing, and customer success (support, documentation, account management). I leverage my love for technology and business to build teams that ensure that customers realize the value of the product.

I am deeply passionate about climate issues and actively volunteer for organizations that fight for a healthier planet such as Citizens' Climate Lobby. 

Here's a glimpse into my startup journey:

  • AXS Telecom was a telecom startup based in France and the UK. I served as founder and General Manager of the new Spanish office. We were acquired by Liberty Surf, an LVMH company.

  • IPInfusion built network protocols for switches and routers. I was hired as the VP of Sales and Marketing. IPI was acquired by Access of Japan. 

  • I co-founded Accurate Solar Power, a company specializing in power electronics for the solar industry (DC-DC inverters). We weren't able to secure funding and never got to shipping a product. 

  • I co-founded Artience Capital Management, a registered independent financial advisor (IRA) company.

  • I co-founded Librato, a time series data monitoring B2B SaaS company targeting software developers. We were acquired by SolarWinds in 2015. SolarWinds continued to acquire several more startups and I was entrusted with their support teams. SolarWinds was taken private by Silverlake and Thoma Bravo and went public again three years later.

  • I joined Buildkite.com as employee #20. As VP of Customer Success, I helped them double in revenue in two years with 80% of growth coming from existing customers achieving 140% NRR.
